Note: If there is an issue with the blood vessel during the first attempt, corrective surgery will be performed at no additional charge.

• Arteriovenous Bridge Graft (AVBG) - Using synthetic graft for dialysis access.

Notes:

1. Patients in this program are required to undergo a preoperative evaluation once before scheduling the surgery.
2. Price includes doctor fees, medical supplies, medicines used in the operating room, and hospital service fees.
3. This price does not include diagnostic tests before surgery or follow-up visits after surgery.
4. Payment is accepted in cash or by credit card only.
